His loving attitude caught the eye of a volunteer who posted his picture on the Internet.

Immediately his picture was sent to all rescue groups, his time has run out and he was to be put down.

Valentino, is an older dog, who was heartworm positive. He did not have a single chance to be adotped.  Only rescue groups are allowed to take out heartworm positive dogs.

GGARR's Yoly and Grace went to check on him and it was love at first sight.  We had to take him out.

This poor dog was abused, no doubt in our minds.  He drops to the floor, begging..."Please, please, don't hit me".  When he realizes that he is being loved, he is all over you. He wants to be in your arms. 

He was extremely thin and has gained lots of weight.  He will be a very handsome male.

Valentino deserves a  loving owner. Please, we beg you to give him a chance to learn that we human are not all that bad.
