This precious female Rottie was found as stray. Here is what the Pasco County shelter (near Tampa FL) writes...
She was an absolute sweetheart at the shelter and everyone fell in love with her! She came to us as a stray so we knew nothing about her past, but we knew she had been neglected and needed attention. We begged all the rescues we knew to see if they could help her and you were the only one able to find someone to take on the Becky project!
But, a volunteer named Rebecca Korts contacted Grace Acosta. Rebecca took the dog from the shelter and drove her to Grace Acosta's home. There she was named 'Becky' in honor of her guardian angel.
Becky was transported to Orlando, FL where Jim Garvie drove her to West Palm Beach. From West Palm Beach she was taken to Mueller Animal Hospital where she was spayed, had eye surgery and has been treated for heartworms.
Grace says... "She is a darling, a very loving dog. Someone is going to love this sweet dog."
