JACK Jack
didn't have a good life in the beginning but we are hoping to create
a "great" life for him for the time he has left. His
previous owners abused him and he bares the scares from those years
with his abusers with a dent in his face and skull where he
was beat with a blunt object. He was rescued by Grace, our
President and has been nursed back to health at her home
He is good with other dogs and he is gentle as a lamb. He is
loving and kind. He is about 7 years young and would make an
excellent dog in any home. He is a very special boy and we are
hoping that someone out there will want to give him a loving home.
Can you be that someone?. Can you make this holiday a special
occasion for Jack by opening your heart and taking him into your
home. For More Information contact Grace at Garotts@aol.com or Cathy

UPDATE Our special baby Jack has found his own home now. After almost four years Jack has gone home to his forever home Two emails tell the story. First from our president Grace who fostered Jack all those four years
After almost four years, (4 this summer), MY JACK,
has found a home... What am I saying? JACK HAD A HOME
HERE WITH ME!!! ????? What am I saying????
Jack was a rescue from the streets, skinny and had
half of his head crushed in. It was probably due to someone hitting him
on the head. Jack was not a handsome dog, but HE WAS ONE OF THE
BEST DOGS I HAVE EVER HAD!!!
Because Jack was not handsome, many interested
people turned their back on him once they saw him. So Jack stayed
at the Acosta Motel for over 3 years!
Now, I say he has a home because he will live
INDOORS with a woman who is already in love with him.
I will let the transporters tell the story of
today's trip from Miami to north of Tampa.
God bless everyone...

Here is a pic of Grace on Jack's last day at her home
We
got Jack from his buddy, Virginia, in Naples and packed him up for the
ride north. I was wondering if he would be like my notweiler who paces,
pants and whines in the car. On the contrary, Gentleman Jack calmly
watched the traffic out the window for awhile and then took a nap until
his rest stop in Bradenton. After marching around for a while and
answering nature's call, Jack took me back to the car and patiently waited
for someone to open the door for him. When we arrived at Jack's new home,
his new Mom, Renate, was waiting by the door. She was so excited to see
him!!:) Jack took a brief tour of the front yard and then went inside to
meet his adorable rottie sister, Tootsie. Tootsie, like Renate, took to
him immediately. She was beside herself sniffing, dancing, asking him to
play. Jack wagged his stumpy as fast as it would go! Pic of Virginia saying goodbye to Jack and letting him take the final leg of his journey with Amy Here is our happy Jack knowing now he has a new mommy and is in his forever home
