A Christmas letter from Roxie's new family:
Roxie has become a special part of our heart and our home. We are thrilled to have her with us, especially as we celebrate Christmas. Just as the Lord's grace gives us a new birth into His family through the gospel, Roxie has found a new family by the Lord graciously allowing us to bring her into our family. We want to say a special thanks to Alexis for her outstanding assistance as we've gotten to know Roxie and learned how to meet her needs. We couldn't be happier, and I think Roxie will have many years of happiness in her new forever home!

Roxie's story:
Grace was contacted by a woman who had two Rottweilers that she could no longer keep. Davie James a Rescue Coordinator met and evaluated the two dogs, Roxie and Diesel....mother and son.
The dogs had been living in the backyard for an extended period of time wearing heavy duty collars to keep them from escaping. Both dogs received a very good temperament evaluation, and Grace said YES to accept them into the rescue.
Roxie is approximately four years old and weighs around 95 lbs. She is a sweet girl who knows the sit command.
She CRAVES attention, and if you're not giving her enough, she will walk right up to you and make herself the center of your attention.
She has lived outside for a long period of time and may need help readjusting to being an indoor dog.
She takes treats gently and is reportedly good with other dogs and children. She has not been cat tested.
She is microchipped and up to date on her vaccines. She will be ready for adoption at the end of June.
