Here are shots of the boy!  We are calling him Tripp.  He is about 8 months old and super sweet.

I was going out for an early morning walk after being out of town for over two weeks and this guy ran out to me from a neighbors yard.  I knocked on the neighbors door and they said he had been hanging around trying to get into their house for over three days.  Not their dog.  They said they had no intact females so had no explanation as to why he chose them.

I took him to the clinic and put him on all of the local social media posts which typically will bring a response in 24 hours.  It has been two weeks now and nothing.  He has been at our clinic (my husband is a veterinarian) since that day. 

The local animal control said their shelter is full and they are not referring to the county shelter because it is full as well as the next city to the north of us. 

He is a sweet, smart pup, pays attention to people and wants to stay right with me when we walk, actually he loves to circle me!  He seems a little intimidated by men but LOVES women.

We are going to neuter him on Monday.  I cannot take him home because I have 4 dogs of my own and only one fenced area.  I hate leaving him at the clinic because he needs more interaction and this is such a formative period for him.  If there is a foster home anywhere within 6 hours of me I will drive him.
