Cooper was found running loose on the Redlands, Homestead, FL

Isabel Zapata who works on saving dogs in that area, took a picture of him and contacted GGARR.

GGARR said YES, we will take him, and Susan, another Redlands volunteer drove him to Mueller Animal Hospital.

He is completed Vetted and waiting for a home to call his own
