I am a happy dog now. I
was lost for a long, long time. I was looking for
food, but people ignored me. I did not look good
then and people were afraid of me.
One day, I decided to sit in
front of a home. I knew there were other dogs there
and it was my best shot to get fed. I was not going to
move from the front porch.
The lady owner of the house
felt sorry for me. She brought me food and water. I
stayed there for a couple of days. I surely did not
know what was going to happen to me. I heard someone
mention "animal control". Maybe that
was a good choice for me.
This lady's name was JULIA,
that is how I got my name. Julia call the Gulfstream
Guardian Angels Rottweiler Rescue and asked for
help. I heard her say, "I DON'T want to
call animal control!" I realized then that
animal control could not be a good thing.
Julia was told to take me to
a clinic in Hialeah, Mueller Animal Hospital.
There I got check by a doctor, put on medication and I
have my own bedroom (kennel run they call it).
It is better than being on the streets hungry and
thirsty.
I am much better now. I
love the attention I get. But, I am hoping someone
comes and takes me HOME.
