GUARDIAN   ANGEL

It may sound ridiculous,  but it is right on time.
We  believe that something is  about to happen.  Angels exist, only  sometimes they  haven't got wings and we call them friends.

DANA - a gorgeous pup  6/07 adopted July 3, 2007
Dog
Rottweiler

Size: Medium
Age: He is a year and a half old
Sex:  male
I.D:

Notes:

DANA
He is 15 months old, 110lbs. Homeless through no fault of his own, divorce, financial problems, etc. Raised with 2 children ages 5 and 12. Appears to be tolerant of other dogs, mild, even temperament – does not seem to know he is a Rottweiler J. Was neutered at 6 months old. Supposed to be an import – who knows – but I doubt it. His markings are good. He will make a wonderful companion pet. Low drives, extremely compliant and willing to please. Tail is cropped properly, dew claws intact. Hips seem good – no obvious visual problems at hips or elbows. He carries himself well.

He is current and up-to-date on everything. He was covered in fleas and ticks, has a bit of dermatitis but we are treating it and it should be cleared up quickly. He will be chipped

July 3, 2008

Dana Boo, a gorgeous 15 months male Rottie went to his Forever Home yesterday.
He came to GGARR through LifeSkills for Dogs in Naples. Jeannie Bates got him and his sister from a broken marriage and contacted GGARR immediately.
A great home in Greenacres was waiting for a young boy to be part of their family and yesterday it happened.
Jeannie Bates and Lisa Kiefer, both Trainers drove this precious dog from Naples to Mueller Animal Hospital in Hialeah, FL
Ana Jean and her younger son came from Greenacres (WPB) to adopt him.
He will be sharing his new home with his new Mom and Dad, two human brothers, a female Boxer and female Great Dane.
A Big Happy family.
Ana called me last night to tell me he was doing great, following her around and sleeping in her youngest son's room.
Thank you Mary and Leo Durbin for doing that home check.
Thank you Jeannie for keeping him until his adoption was set up and also Lisa for coming in that trip.
