CHARLIE was dumped at Winter Heaven Animal Control and one of our dear members and Guardian Angel named Charlotte reported him to us. Jim Garvie went and bailed him out.
He is a very pretty young dog with a lot a potential to make a family real happy.
Charlie is sweet, very loving and likes to be close to people
He is here in Miami, waiting for his new Forever home.
