Trudi's story:
Trudi found herself at Levy County Animal Services in Bronson FL, running out of time to be saved. She was 2 years old HW positive and with a skin condition; she didn't have any real chance to be adopted. But she was not alone, Sarah Reed animal lover and rescue volunteer became her Guardian Angel, she contacted GGARR and offered to foster Trudi to help with her rescue.
Grace received all information pertinent to Trudi's health issues and her pictures, along with Sarah's application to foster Trudi. Grace said yes.
Arrangements were made to pull her and our wonderful board member and foster mom too, Louise Kutller went to the shelter to take Trudi from them immediately to Dr. Marlene office in Newberry.
Trudi has finished her HW treatment and her skin condition cleared up also. She is ready for her forever home.
She is sweet but a little shy at first. After she gets to know you, her personality just blossoms. She is just not used to being able to act like a carefree dog and everything is a new experience for her. She loves to give kisses and to be petted.
