This pretty girl was found wondering behind the Mikosukee Resort by Krome Ave. in Miami by a very nice family that did not want her to get killed by a car and took her home.
They checked and she did not have a Microchip, they put out flyers and got no response, and then contacted GGARR, and GGARR said YES.
SHASTA is spayed, fully vaccinated, Microchip, Heart Worm negative and is ready for a new Forever home.
Her foster family says: Shasta is a large, happy go lucky girl. She is VERY happy, her back end moves back and forth constantly. :-)
She loves to be petted, love to be outside and yes, she LOVES to eat. She is getting some much needed exercise here at her foster home.
She gets along well with with the other dogs in the house - Howie (another GGARR dog), and also has a crush on Bentley, the male yellow lab here - she follows him everywhere.
She would be a great addition to any home and does not require much work. She is not cat tested or kid tested, but her foster family guesses she would be fine, they say there is not a mean or aggressive bone in her body.
Her feet are dark from an old infection but that does not limit her activity in the least.
