HELP CHELSEA:

Chelsea's story:

Meet Chelsea. She is such a beautiful girl.

Chelsea came from Hillsborough County Animal Services , they contacted Uli, stating Chelsea wasn't putting any weight on her leg. Chances of being adopted were very slim due to injury. Uli contacted Grace, who approved for Chelsea to be saved.

After 10 day quaratine at Uli and Dave's house, she was taken to Mueller Vet in Hialeah.

There the vets went to do her FHO surgery and spay. Unfortunately, they didn't know the full extent of her injuries. She apparently had been hit by a car, which caused her hip injury, but they didn't know that the veicleh impact caused her diaphragm to separate and caused a whole mess inside of her. She almost died on operating table, but the wonderful vets at Mueller were able to repair the damage and save her life.

She is now fully recovered and in a wonderful foster home. She gets along with other dogs but NO CATS. She is a sweet BIG girl , weighing in at 93lbs. Tall and very laid back.

If interested in her, please email Elisa at ggarr.fl@gmail.com or call 813 892 9579. She is crate trained and will need someone that will walk her so that muscle will continue to build in her hip.
