Vince ("Vinny") the 8 month old puppy who was tied to a tree in Vero Beach . He is a very sweet, happy and energetic dog...with NO manners whatsoever. But very smart. He already figured out what sit means...come and stay not so much.
He is very friendly, handsome and he is now READY FOR ADOPTION!!!
