Alexa's gorgeous head!

Alexa's story:

A woman named Alexandra sent us an email that a female dog was been kept by an old man in a warehouse without the people around knew about her.

This man contacted Alexandra and asked her to find the dog a home. She sent us her picture behind a fence and GGARR approved to rescue her

The day Alexandra went to pick her up to take her to Mueller Animal Hospital, the old man told her that neighbors had called Miami Animal Services and they came and took her to the shelter.  But,  he was smart to ask the animal control officer for the dog's ID number and gave it to Alexandra. When animal control picks up a dog, the Officer must give that dog an ID # before going to the Shelter.

Alexandra knew this dog had a small chance to come out of the shelter alive. She went to the shelter and paid for the adoption fee and adopted her.

Alexandra knew that she not be allowed to have a Rottweiler in her apartment, contacted GGARR and surrendered the dog to us.

We named her ALEXA after the Guardian Angel who saved her.  Who went the extra mile to get Alexa out of the shelter.

Alexa is ready for her new home. If you are looking for a purebred Rottweiler and a companion, Alexa is perfect for you.

Please, fill out the adoption application online and be approved and ready to adopt Alexa. Once approved come to meet her. BE READY to fall in love with Alexa and take her home.
