Luna's story:
Luna is a cruelty case and was confiscated from her owner.
She only weighed 27 pounds at intake (she came to the shelter in September).
She's now 39 pounds and still has some weight to gain.
She gets along with other dogs, and she's
not really interested in cats either. All she wants is human attention.
She is not familiar with children and sees them as
a toy. So a home without small children would be probably best.
She does not show any food aggression at this point, and she
gulps down her food like there's no tomorrow (understandable given the circumstances).
We feed her small amounts of food several times a day, so her digestive system
can adjust.
Luna is spayed, fully vaccinated, micro chipped and Heart Worm negative.
